Sagewood Meadows is located in desirable south Richland, WA.  Our neighborhood has 200 homes that surround a beautifully landscaped greenway, complete with a walking trail that conveniently leads to Badger Mountain Elementary School and Badger Mountain Park.  Badger Mountain Park has a lot of amenities, including:
